There are free parking spaces, a garden🌳, terrace, living room, open fire, dining room and fully equipped kitchen🧑‍🍳. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds will welcome you, two toilets, a shower room and a private office area. It's a pretty fairy house, accessed by a staircase. You will feel good being there! The waves are refreshing. Welcome Home ✨ The space The house 🏡 has double outdoor parking. Located at a height, it is accessible by natural stone stairs. You have a living room and an open kitchen with an open fire and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you have the shower room with toilet, a first bedroom and an office that can be converted into a bedroom. You have the master bedroom on the second floor accessible by a small staircase. The house has a lot of charm and is very well located between Lake Genval 🛶 and the center of Rixensart 🍽️ (+ easy train and bus access) 🤩 Other things to note Linens and towels can be provided for €25/person. A washing machine is available at an additional cost of €10/day. A dishwasher is available and free of charge.
