Large private room at Domaine Laroze Dieulivol

We offer you a large private room in a local's home with its en-suite bathroom. The bedroom consists of a king size bed, sofa bed, TV, and storage space. The bathroom is composed of a shower, toilet and vanity. The other areas are shared with us (a couple with a 4-year-old child and an English cocker spaniel): swimming pool, outdoor relaxation and dining area, indoor kitchen, games area (pool table, foosball, etc.), and library. The space The bedroom + bathroom unit has a surface area of 27.5 m2 (private area). In your room, you will find a kettle and a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso or Dolce Gusto pods. The room is also equipped with a portable air conditioner (exhaust through the window) and a fan. The TV is connected to a free multilingual live, replay and VOD service + an Apple TV box with the option to connect to different streaming services with your own accounts. A beam from the wooden frame crosses the bedroom above the bed and the bathroom, with a passage height of about 1.68 m. The room for rent is located on the 1st floor of the house with access via a staircase. The bedroom window is located less than one meter from the floor without a railing. Therefore, this room is not intended for small children for safety and access reasons. The living room has a pool table, foosball, piano, hammock and swing, dining area for 8 people, living room with 3 sofas and a coffee table, and an open-plan equipped kitchen with an island, all over an area of about 180 m2, to be shared with the occupants. An open mezzanine is next to the bedroom for rent, with 2 desks and a bookcase over an area of 36.5 m2. The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room (to be used in moderation). Detergent is not provided. Outside, you will find sun loungers, deck chairs, a table for 8 people, a wood-fired barbecue, an electric plancha, and an 8 x 4 m heated in-ground pool (generally open from June to September depending on the temperatures). For your vehicle, you can ask us to use our electric charging station, adjustable between 7 and 22 kW in three-phase (note: charging your vehicle is possible for a supplement to be paid on-site depending on the charge carried out, at a rate of €0.20/kWh consumed according to the reading on the charging station). On request, baby/child equipment can be made available, such as a high chair, a cot or a booster seat. Guest access The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom are private areas for the tenants. Use of common areas: - Use of the swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week. - Same for billiards, foosball, piano, sofas, hammock and indoor swing, unless you need occasional silence for a videoconference meeting during teleworking. - Use of outdoor shared spaces (excluding the pool) without time restrictions; 8:30 PM for the indoor kitchen. During your stay A warm welcome accompanied by practical advice for those who want it. Books and board games are available during the stay but must be returned before checkout. Other things to note WiFi internet (fiber optics) For your vehicle, you can ask to use our electric charging station, which is adjustable between 7 and 22 kW in three-phase (note: charging your vehicle is possible for a supplement to be paid on-site according to the charge carried out, at a rate of €0.20/kWh consumed according to the reading on the charging station). Basic supplies such as spices, oil, coffee pods, dishwashing liquid, soap and toilet paper are provided only for your initial needs, but not for the entire duration of the stay. Detergent is not provided in the rental. Apart from condiments, the other food items present and the bar are not intended for the tenants. In general, the occupants work remotely in the office area on the mezzanine level next to the bedroom for rent. Occupants get up around 6 a.m. and go to bed around 10 p.m. A cleaning lady comes to take care of the shared spaces and the occupants' private spaces on Thursday mornings between 8:30 am and 11:30 am (the rented room is not affected). Safety regarding the pool is the sole responsibility of the users. As the pool is secured by 2 systems and a barrier, the owners cannot be held responsible for the actions of the tenants. Guests other than those included in the reservation are prohibited, unless prior request is made to the owners and they agree, both inside the accommodation and outside (swimming pool, etc.).
