This is our main residence. Relax in this 250 m2 quiet and elegant Villa, 4 km from Argeles and 6 km from the sea. Swimming pool, roller shutter, safe for children, air conditioning, garden, 1 outdoor area with 1 table to eat 10 people, plancha for grilling. House with 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds, 1 bedroom sofa bed, and 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. 70 m2 living room, 1 reading room, possibility of sleeping 9 on request, with an extra. Linens not provided, but can be rented: €15/bed Guest access . You have access to the rooms that are open. Some are private and will be locked. You are not allowed to touch or use our belongings. Other things to note We have neighbors who need peace and quiet and respect, so please do not disturb them and do not park in front of their homes. We live near them all year round. We are in a water restriction area, so for the well-being of the planet we ask that you pay attention to water consumption.
