This 3 bedroom newly renovated home is stunning from its modern farmhouse designs to its perfectly pressed Kate Spade sheets.. you will feel right at home. The front yard is as beautiful as the back to watch the sunset or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The space You will have plenty of room for up to 8 guests including infants and children in this fully finished cottage! All bedrooms offer luxurious finishes, and fresh-pressed Kate Spade Sheets! Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed, offering privacy on the opposite side of the cottage. Bedroom two has a double bed. We, lovely refer to this as the cow room! Bedroom three has two single beds. We, lovely refer to this as the fox room! The living room offers a double pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. The cottage offers a fully stocked kitchen, a large comfortable living room with all the comforts of home, in-suite laundry, and a lovely back patio facing 660 of farmland, the front yard is massive with a fire pit for toasting marshmallows! We offer all our guests the use of our beach chairs and toys for day trips to our local spectacular beaches. We kindly ask you to return them as you found them. Guest access Guests will let themselves in with a door code provided prior to check in! Other things to note Just a 7 minute drive from all amenities in Kensington and Cavendish - 10 minutes from Seaview Beach and Yankee hill beach .
