Adjacent to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, with full cooking and hosting facilities, a bar table and chairs, and a large dining table that opens to 18 diners. This floor has two bedrooms. One - a huge, luxurious, tastefully decorated suite, high wooden ceiling, round king size bed, intimate coffee table and a luxurious and well-groomed bathroom. The extra room on the entrance floor is an intimate and cute room with clean and delicate lines. Guest toilet and hand washing area are also on this floor. When you go up to the top floor, you meet in a sitting area in front of a flat TV screen, which serves as another family room. On the top floor there are 3 more spacious bedrooms, each designed in a different concept. The largest suite of the three, designed in warm wood tones, with a wide orthopedic bed and of course, a balcony with a coffee table and an open view. Another room on the top floor is a practical room for a couple or children and another room with a window overlooking the view. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with a smart TV system and Netflix. On the top floor is a large and spacious central bathroom. The courtyard in the HaHaruv Villa is pleasant, spacious, the pool is built, safe and fenced, heated in season.
