Our villa, which offers a peaceful holiday with its accommodation capacity for 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, promises comfort in all seasons with its sheltered outdoor pool and sauna. The space It is a modern three-story building carefully designed for our guests who value privacy. Bedrooms: Our villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double jacuzzi for your relaxation. All rooms have a private bathroom for your comfort. Pool & Wellness: You can spend time freely in our sheltered private pool that is not visible from the outside, and relieve your fatigue in a private sauna. Kitchen & Living Room: Our fully equipped American kitchen has all the equipment you will need (toaster, Turkish coffee machine, etc.). You can have a pleasant time with Smart TV and internet in our stylishly furnished living room. View: Our villa has a peaceful view of nature and the city as well as a partial sea view. Guest access Full Privacy: All areas including the sheltered pool, garden, sauna are all yours during your stay. Parking: Our villa has its own private outdoor parking area. Transportation: It is 2 km from the center of Demre and 5 km from the nearest beach. You can easily get there by your own vehicle or taxi. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A cash deposit of 7,500 TL is collected at check-in and refunded if there is no damage at check-out. Transportation and Location: Our villa is in an area with panoramic city views; it is 2 km from the center and 5 km from the beach. The last 200 meters to the villa is downhill. Since there is no public transportation, a personal vehicle or taxi is required. Bathroom Layout: All 3 bedrooms have private WC-bathrooms. There is also another bathroom for common use. Security: There is a security camera system covering the entrance door, parking lot and the road in front of the villa. Check-in and ID Notice: As required by law (KBS system), all our guests are required to present valid ID or passport information at check-in. Winter Period: The outdoor pool is not active in the winter months. Rules: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
