Located in a quiet neighborhood on a 1/4 acre lot, this spot is a grassy area off of a second driveway on the lot. You will be able to walk to the St. Albans Bay Park and Marina. Watch the sunset on the deck of the restaurant and get an ice cream cone for the walk back. Enjoy a peaceful spot for your camper at the Bay Stay, next to the Bay Loft, which is a short term rental on the same lot. The space A lovely location in St. Albans Bay with a separate driveway for your RV to back into. Maximum length of RV is 32 feet. Electric and water hookups provided (septic available if you have a macerator pump and 50 foot hose). You will have access to the land immediately around the RV. You will be backing in, allowing you to face the treeline and providing you privacy from the house. Plenty of room to park your vehicle right in front of it while you roam beautiful northwestern Vermont. Water and electricity are available at the house 30 feet away. The electric is 50 amp 240 volt standard camper electrical outlet and the water comes from a spigot on the house. The property is shared with a short-term rental that has sole access to the other driveway, fire pit and the backyard. Please be considerate of this separate private space while visiting. St. Albans Bay Park and Marina is a short walk away. Guest access The yard immediately around your RV and driveway.
