This newly created guest suite has all new appliances, sunny south facing windows, views of the collegiate peaks, and one floor living. With an expansive covered deck and grill, enjoy views of the collegiate peaks in all weather. Guests and residents of the main have have their own entrance and outdoor space for privacy (note, outdoor fires are not allowed). Conveniently located less than a mile from parks, historic downtown, restaurants and shopping, it is a perfect launching spot to access the Arkansas River, mountain trails, hot springs, and all our glorious valley has to offer. This sunny apartment will welcome you to your home away from home. A new comfy queen bed plus two comfortable twin beds can accommodate four guests. We also have black-out window coverings for a peaceful sleep. Sol Suite is a wonderful place for any length stay with a well-equipped kitchen for the adventurer, business trip, or visit of any kind - with high speed internet and a smart tv for streaming. The galley kitchen and breakfast bar open to the living area. There is a cozy round table and extra seats available to eat or play games (many provided). A deep soaking tub is available if you don't make it to the hot springs. There is off-street parking in the driveway for one car directly in front of Sol Suite as well as ample parking on this quiet dead-end street. Access is by keypad. A guest manual provides all you need to know. We invite you to relax and enjoy your oasis in the mountains upon arrival. We are a phone call away if any needs arise. STR Permit 254 Guests have access to all of Sol Suite and the private areas set aside for their use. The property manager is available by phone or text, or onsite when needed. The owners who live in the home travel frequently, so it is often unoccupied. Quiet residential neighborhood. One parking space in front of the unit.
