Our cozy townhouse of 78 m2 is located on the outskirts of Santa Pola less than half an hour drive from the cities of Alicante or Elche. In addition, the house is about 12 minutes walk from Carabassí beach, one of the most valued beaches in Alicante and less than 10 minutes from the Clot de Galvany natural area. With capacity for up to 5 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The property is a semi-detached house, with independent access and you only have to climb some stairs at the entrance. As can be seen in the photos, the townhouse consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with a sofa and TV set - a dining area with a dining table - the kitchen area - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 135x190 * 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190/90x190 - 1 bathroom You will also have at your disposal a communal swimming pool and a private terrace. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The house has air conditioning with heat pump. The hot water is supplied by an 80 litre electric water heater: once the water has been used up, you just have to wait for it to fill up again. There is a communal swimming pool for the use of the whole neighborhood, open in summer (July and August) with opening hours from 8 am to 10 pm. If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in an outside car park. Other things to note Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
