The space Special features you should consider: • The apartment is completely new, renovated in April 2023, very bright, minimalist, and decorated by a famous French designer. • It can accommodate 2 people in the master bedroom and 2 people on the living room sofa bed (120x200cm) • The apartment is a 65m2 (700 square feet) duplex located on the ground floor of an elegant Haussmannian building from 1900. • The apartment is located in a charming, secure, and sophisticated residential area just next to a typical Parisian food market (Marché Poncelet) offering all types of food. • The living room is spacious (45m2) with a remarkable 4-meter high ceiling, giving it a loft-like feel. • The absolutely quiet master suite is located on the lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase. • There is a large bathroom (with an Italian shower) in the master bedroom, and high-quality bath linen and bathrobes are provided. • A fully equipped kitchen including: microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, modern wine cellar, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils.
