Located in the heart of the Nièvre in Burgundy, this residence is a unique place where you can relax in peace, in nature, surrounded by your family and friends. It is an old historic mill (300 m2 habitable), surrounded by water, with a large swimming pool not overlooked, offering plenty of space outside, a pretty countryside away from the hustle and bustle. This magical place will allow you to disconnect from everyday life. 2.5 hours from Paris, 3.2 hours from Lyon. The space Old country-style mill renovated in 2023, surrounded by the mill race, a pond, and the river. Capacity 20 people, the house has 5 bedrooms (2 to 4 people) and a dormitory (6 people) Sheets, tea towels and bath mats are provided and included in the price, bath towels are optional (€3.50/towel). A large living room of 65 m2 allows you to celebrate birthdays, family reunions and other group events. Large kitchen equipped for 20 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2nd living room upstairs. The garden offers several intimate corners, surrounded by trees with a large outdoor pool for sunny afternoons. The pool is open from May to mid-October. In an annex, you will find a ping-pong table and a foosball table. The kitchen must be left impeccable upon checkout: stove, ovens, countertops, dishes tidy, dishwasher emptied, fridge and freezer clean. Guest access The nearest train stations to the gîte are La Charité sur Loire, 20 minutes away, and Nevers, 30 minutes away. You will find a Carrefour supermarket and a gas station in the town of Prémery about ten kilometers from the vacation rental. The nearest restaurant is in Chateauneuf Val de Bargis (5 km). Other things to note The bodies of water are not safe, so the place is not suitable for children without supervision.
