Located in the heart of the Nièvre in Burgundy, this home is a unique place where you can relax in peace, in nature, surrounded by family and friends. It is an old historic mill (300 m2 habitable), surrounded by water, with a large pool not overlooked, offering plenty of space outside, pretty countryside away from hustle and bustle. This magical place will allow you to disconnect from everyday life. 2.5 hr from Paris, 3 hr 20 min from Lyon. The space Old mill with country style renovated in 2023, surrounded by biefs, a pond, and the river. Sleeps 20, the house has 5 bedrooms (2 to 4 people) and a dormitory (6 people) Bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are provided and included in the rate, bath towels are optional (€3.50/towel). A great living room of 65 m2 allows you to celebrate birthday, cousinade and other group events. Large equipped kitchen for 20 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2nd living room upstairs. The garden offers several intimate corners, surrounded by trees with a large outdoor pool for sunny afternoons. The pool is open from May to mid-October. In an annex you will find a ping pong table and a baby football. The kitchen must be made spotless upon departure: cooking piano, ovens, countertops, tidy dishes, empty dishwasher, fridge and clean freezer. Guest access The closest train stations to the cottage are those of Charité sur Loire 20 minutes and Nevers 30 minutes. You will find a Carrefour supermarket and a gas station in the city of Prémery about ten kilometers from the cottage. The nearest restaurant is at Chateauneuf Val de Bargis (5km). Other things to note The bodies of water are not secure, so the place is not suitable for children unattended.
