A quiet, well-kept studio in a separate guesthouse on our private family property in Saint-Louis — minutes from Basel and EuroAirport. Fully self-contained with its own entrance and no shared spaces. Located on the upper floor (one flight of stairs), it offers a calm, independent setting best suited to guests who value a respectful, low-key environment. We personally welcome every guest on arrival. The space A clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped studio designed for comfortable, independent stays — whether for a short business trip, a family visit, or a longer stay. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, offering flexibility to prepare meals at home or simply enjoy a coffee before heading out. A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops is within easy walking distance. The bedroom features two single beds that can be arranged as a double. A compact workspace, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV make the space equally suitable for work and relaxation. The bathroom is modern and includes a level-entry Italian shower. For business travelers and longer stays, a full-service dry cleaner is located directly across the street. The neighbourhood Saint-Louis is well-connected and easy to navigate on foot, with bakeries, supermarkets (including Sunday mornings), restaurants, and a weekly farmer’s market all within short walking distance. Basel city center, EuroAirport, and major employers including Novartis, Roche, Bayer, and Lonza are all quickly reachable by public transport or car. Guest access We welcome our guests in person between 16:00 and 21:00. We will show you the studio and answer any questions you may have. Arrivals outside this check-in window are not possible. A secure lockbox is available only as a backup in the unlikely event of an emergency on our end, within the same check-in hours. After check-in, the studio is entirely private. Access to the property is via a secure gate, and free street parking is available directly in front of the house. The garden and all outdoor areas are private family spaces and are not accessible to guests. Access is limited to registered guests only (maximum 3 persons). Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking property (a designated outdoor smoking area is available). The exterior of the property is under video surveillance. The studio does not include a washing machine or dryer — a full-service dry cleaner is located across the street, and several laundromats are nearby. Loss of the house key requires lock cylinder replacement (€250). In accordance with French law, non-French nationals are required to complete a police registration form (fiche individuelle de police) upon arrival. Registration Details 682970000048D
