📣Before booking, read below the details we require within 24 hours. 📣 In central Saint-Louis, minutes from Basel and the EuroAirport, your upstairs studio (one flight of stairs) sits in a separate guesthouse on our enclosed property—exclusively yours, with its own entrance and a quiet residential outlook—a calm, thoughtfully designed space for truly restful stays. We personally welcome you at check-in with a brief tour. We live on the property—discreetly available should you need anything. The space 🏡 At a glance • Private entrance; upstairs studio in a separate guesthouse (one flight of stairs). • Living area with 43" 4K TV (streaming apps). • Reliable fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout. • Kitchen: 2-burner induction, oven, microwave, Nespresso, fridge/freezer, cookware & tableware. • Bathroom: walk-in Italian shower, illuminated mirror, complimentary toiletries, drying rack. • Sleeping: two single beds (can be joined), darkening blinds, compact desk, wardrobe. • Comfort year-round: infrared ceiling heating; bedroom A/C. • On request: travel crib, highchair, a few toys. • No washer/dryer in the studio; several good laundromats nearby—ask us for recommendations. 📜 House rules — quick read • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property; no candles or open flames (extra cleaning €150 if violated). • Quiet residential setting—please keep calls/video calls inside the studio. • Registered guests only; no additional visitors. • Garden and terrace are private areas (not for guest use). • Check-in 16:00–21:00 only. • No pets; children must not be left unattended. 📝 What to expect after booking • Within 24 hours of booking, please provide for each guest: full name, full home address, mobile number, and age. • At check-in, we verify IDs; non-French nationals complete the fiche individuelle de police (Art. R.611-42 CESEDA). • All check-ins take place only between 16:00 and 21:00. In the rare event we cannot greet you in person, we’ll arrange secure self-entry during the same hours. Arrivals outside this window are not possible. • The booking guest must be present at check-in with matching ID (no third-party bookings).
