The Millay House is a coastal home with firepit, hot tub, private garden, and fireplace. The treasures of the Southern Oregon Coast surround this three-bedroom home located in Port Orford. Situated between Gold Beach and Bandon, this home is close to restaurants, ocean beaches, hiking and shopping. Ocean hues of blue and white are found in the living spaces on the ground floor and the three bedrooms upstairs. The home has a flat screen TV, DVD player, board games, a small library and an electric fireplace in the living room; an intimate dining room with views of the garden and patio; and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, an island and a small breakfast nook that provides additional dining seating. *Please note that each room in the house has its own thermostat. *No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This policy is in effect to protect our family’s health. If you have a service animal please consider staying at another Airbnb location that can accommodate your health without compromising ours. *There is free parking available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. *The backyard patio seating, grill and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit are stored and not available for use between December-February. These amenities may not be available during other times of the year, due to inclement weather. *Recreational vehicles, occupied trailers and tents are prohibited on the premises at anytime. Guest access Access to the garage, service pantry in the kitchen, and linen's closet at the top of the stairs is prohibited and off-limits to guests. Other things to note We have a strict no narcotics and smoking policy at the Millay House. Guests are prohibited from using narcotics or bringing narcotics on the premises. Smoking is also prohibited on the premises (both inside and outside in the yard). Violation of these rules may result in extra cleaning fees. Guests who violate these policies will be reported to Airbnb and possibly, local law enforcement.
