Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. -Please note that none of our studio accommodations are handicap accessible. -Marina hours are 8 am – 5 pm, 7 days/week. -Photo identification and a major credit card deposit of $200 is required (no cash will be accepted) for all reservation types. Please note all exchange and hotel guest reservations (including owner and member rental) will include a nightly $12 + tax resort charge. The resort charge is complimentary for all week owners and member point bookings. Daily resort charge will be added to the room rate and includes: guest internet access; sports equipment: volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, shuffleboard; access to marina fishing dock; DVD rental; book exchange; game room; mini-golf; self-parking for one car. -A resort charge of $12 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation. -Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations (only): Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time).
