The bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. The villa has a BBQ area with plenty of outside furniture and chaise lounges. Parking completes this outstanding property. Guest access Rental guests should all be pre-registered with their ID prior to arrival. El Choco is a community with a very high level of security and strict rules of registration (one time visitors for short stay). Interaction with guests Guests have access to the project common amenities. Equestrian Center is open to the public for horseback riding tours on over 7 miles of bridle paths, trails, and beach. A golf cart is available, the cost is 35 US$/day, gasoline excluded. Other things to note Rates include gas, water, cable tv, 24/7 security, back-up generator, pool maintenance, gardener, professional moving in/out and weekly cleaning services with bed sheets and towels exchange, cabled broadband fiber-optic Internet. Electricity is billed by the residence according to the consumption.  We offer extra maid services. The house may be leased for the long term – ask us for more details. During your stay We are available 24 hours a day. We have a full staff on the property designed to cater to your needs. Other things to note This is an all inclusive stay with 24 hour maid service. You will be pampered from the beginning untill the end. When the house is without the Maid packet the cost is $350 for 4 persons. Every additional person is $50 per day. The all inclusive packet is $1250 per day, with one maid service for one person. Additional guests will cost $500 per day with maid service. Guests will access to the entire property. Chef fee is $50 per day for breakfast and dinner. Guests pay for their own groceries. Laundry service is US $10 per load for washing, drying and folding and must be done by our people.
