Modern Duplex in Whitby

Our three bedroom, two bathroom duplex is just over a year old, and situated in the beautiful Silverbrooke, a new development in Whitby, Porirua. It’s a lovely family friendly area with great walks and in close proximity to Transmission Gully, local cafes and shops. The space The entrance to our home is on the ground floor, along with an internal access garage with laundry. While it is not set up to park in there, it is carpeted and a great extra space if needed! The laundry has a sink and both a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer. The first floor is an open plan kitchen and living, with a door out to a back patio, and sliding doors onto the front deck. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cookware and a great range of oils, sauces, herbs and spices. The fridge is plumbed with water on tap, and a steady supply of ice in the freezer. Appliances include a Fisher and Paykel oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, and electric frying pan. Tea and coffee are provided (Tea pot, coffee plunger and Chemex - whatever takes your fancy). The lounge is decked with modern decor, and has a smart tv with Netflix and a heatpump for both heating and cooling. Unlimited Wifi is also available. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1- Master with ensuite, including a large shower, double bed, drawers and a double wardrobe Bedroom 2- Single bed with a single wardrobe and drawers Bedroom 3- Double bed with a single wardrobe and a desk The main bathroom has a shower of the bath, and the ensuite has a large 1.2m shower with sliding door. Please note, this property is not suitable for children. Guest access Guests have complete access to the house. Please note, there are some locked cupboards and boxes stored in the garage. Other things to note This is our family home. Please review our house rules before booking. Our furniture is new. Please use provided placemats and coasters to ensure its longevity. Several of our windows have Venetian blinds. These are not designed to be raised up and down, but to be twisted open and shut. Repairs for any damage to blinds will be charged back to guests.
