The Havens at Greenwood Glen

Need space for a large group? Family reunion, wedding party, conference, multifamily vacation? The Havens at Greenwood Glen are 8 cabins located on a 5 acre property at milepost 265 of the Blue Ridge Parkway. 8 separate cabins all within walking distance provide the perfect setting for everyone to have their own space yet still rove between one another's cabins, gather on the large hardscape patio, or enjoy s'mores around one of the two fire pits. We can accommodate up to 36 guests at once. The space -A collection of 8 cabins on 5 acres located within walking distance and positioned around a center hardscape patio and 2 fire pits. -6 of the cabins have one private bedroom, 1 loft bedroom, and 1 bath, a full kitchen with a toaster oven for baking small entrees, a dining area, living room w/ smart TV and fireplace. There is a private deck with chairs off the back of the cabin. These cabins sleep 4. -The 2 larger cabins on the property have 2 private bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom,1 bath, a full kitchen (with full size oven) and living room w/ fireplace and smart TV. There is a full bath and 2 private bedrooms on the main floor. -4 of the cabins are pet friendly allowing up to 2 dogs each. Pet fee additional. -The cabins offer a variety of King, Queen, and twin beds. Contact host for details. -Note that Airbnb is set up to charge one cleaning fee per booking but since our property is 8 separate spaces the cleaning fee will be charged per cabin. The host can make this adjustment when you book. -Reservations can be prorated since some groups may not need all 8 cabins. -All 8 cabins may not be available for some dates. Reservations are subject to availability at the time the reservation is requested. Guest access You are NOT required to book all 8 cabins. Pricing can be prorated. If you choose not to book all 8 cabins please be aware that other guests may be in the remaining cabins. Those guests will have equal access to the patio and fire pits. We can also accommodate staggered bookings in case some of your guests want to arrive earlier or stay longer. Other things to note Access is via door code and will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival.
