Cozy oasis centrally & quietly located in the heart of Miesbach

From this centrally charming place, 10 minutes to the train station🚂 15 minutes to the Irschenberg/Weyarn highway, you are in no time at all important places, the mountains🏞️, the numerous lakes such as Tegernsee, Schliersee, Spitzingsee...for hiking, biking, 🚲 skiing,⛷️ etc. Shopping, restaurants, the city center, schools, and the train station are within walking distance. In Munich or Austria you are in about an hour, to Rosenheim it is 25 minutes. Looking forward to vacation business guests from around the world🌎😊 The space Apartment: The extraordinary apartment has a total of 80 m2 over 2 floors, 1st and 2nd floor, is individual, extremely cozy with a lot of passion ♥ and passion and has flair & charm. Very bright thanks to the generous window fronts, has a sunny, spacious south-facing balcony ☀ where you can also smoke, use the hammock or the deck chair, or simply relax. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine☕, juicer, smoothimaker, own compartment for your food in the fridge and on the shelf are ready. Meals: Otherwise, there is a delicious 🍕 and also a sushi delivery service right in the house. Other nice restaurants Greek, Indian, Italian, ice cream parlors🍦, Bavarian... you can reach on foot, as well as the shopping markets and the train station. Room: Your large 15 m², bright room is cozy and lovingly furnished with attention to detail and a lot of love. It has a wardrobe, a spacious, extra-long, comfortable double bed with high-quality mattresses, a sofa 🛋 for relaxing, a small shelf and additional storage space in a dresser, a desk and a laid-back wicker chair. Indirect lighting, LED candles 🕯 and more, with a fireplace and the starry sky, let you make yourself really comfortable. TV 📺 and Wi-Fi are of course also available, as are extra blankets and pillows, as well as a small machine right in your room for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. The shared bathroom is right next to us, so you have short distances. Location: Despite the super central location, it is quite quiet and offers you a cozy home for your trip. Tourism: You are in the Alps region of Tegernsee Schliersee which has a lot to offer touristy. On the internet pages of the guest information and tourist offices you will find inspiration, and a variety of flyers as well as information brochures about the area with my local "insider tips" 😉 and leisure facilities are available for you. I've written you a lot of things briefly and concisely - German and also English - so that you can have a great time. Sauna: You can use an infrared cabin including bathrobes, towels, bathing shoes and drinks directly in the apartment for a fee. Bicycle: A lockable bicycle storage room 🚲 is available; you can charge e-bike batteries in the apartment. Perfect stopover also for cycling tours.
