They installed OUTSIDE ONLY. 3) Our home accommodates up to 14 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and no overnight guests. 4) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door. 5) Our home is SHOE-FREE. New hardwood floors were installed and scratch very easily. 6) Please NO PETS. 7) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum.
