The space The apartment has a living room with couch and chair, with a 50" smart tv. You also have a separate bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen sized bed with linen bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, keurig, coffee, pots, pans, bakeware, and your basic spices. We supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. A 2 zone mini split ductless system provides heat and ac to the apartment. Guest access The apartment is above the garage my 1951 MGTF is stored. You have full use of the apartment above, and you can always request for the garage to be opened for you to view the MG Other things to note There is a private parking spot behind the house in the alley. There will be an MG Parking Only sign on the building.
