Cozy new restful bedroom

Just like other seasons, you will love NYC during fall. Explore NYC and the historical Jackson Hts. Find refuge in your bedroom. Enjoy easy access to exciting places from this centrally located "home" - Express and Local trains to Manhattan (about 15 minutes)! Short FREE bus ride to LGA - about 10 minutes. Relax in cafes & restaurants steps away. Visit interesting locations - Grand Central Station, Time Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, etc. - via express and local trains. Ask me. 😀 The space Host stays in the same flat. I would be glad to share with you places to visit, NY lifestyle, or other things you might find interesting, and also listen your stories in your country. But, I also respect your privacy, hence, pretend I don't exist. 😀 Full-bed (good for two), airbed for small additional amount for the 3rd person, TV, study table, bed-side table, full-body mirror, and your own private full bathroom... Common areas - Kitchen - you may use to heat your food - microwave. If you want to cook - go ahead. I have titanium pots and pans, so let me show how to care for them. We share and organize the big refrigerator we call fridge 😀 . But please clean and leave the place the way you saw it. Just my pet-peeve - a dirty kitchen. Coffee is on me. Guest access Have a bite, drinks, and interaction with other guests and yours truly, your host. Exchange experiences in NY and what makes it arguably the greatest city in the world. The kitchen, living and dining area are places to do these. During your stay I have always made myself available to my guests for a chat, exchanges of experiences - life in America, challenges of an immigrant, profession as a business professor, or even a healthy political discussion. Other things to note We do not want the dirt of the city inside the apartment. Hence, guests are provided with slippers, sanitized before use, and shoes are placed where they belong - a shoe rack.
