Family friendly new building

Welcome to our beautiful and modern home! Bring the whole family or group of friends here. Here you can enjoy life on the terrace with sun from morning to evening. The space The house was new in May 2022 and is a detached house in a chain. The house contains bedrooms, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms with, among other things, steam shower, bathtub and flushing toilet, laundry room with two combi machines, and large terrace with gas grill and outdoor furniture. The dining table can be extended to ten people, but we have eight chairs, two trip chairs, and a high chair from IKEA. The house is located in a newly established and child-friendly area, with two large playgrounds just outside the house. The house is perfect for families with children as we have a playroom, a step stool, a stair gate, a sprinkler bed and a travel bed. It is very convenient that the living room, kitchen, playroom and terrace are on the same floor. It is 2 km to the beach, 2.2 km to the city, 500 m to kiwi, 500 m to Olsrød park with Rema 1000, pharmacy, gym, water park, and a large playroom. Guest access - Guests have access to everything except the garage and storage room. See the floor plan in the last picture. - The laundry room can be used for guests staying four nights or more. - Iron and ironing board - You will receive a code to the front door in advance of your stay. This code works throughout the stay. - Wi-Fi - Electric car charger available for guests, but with a fee of NOK 300. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use the charger. Other things to note In July, we only accept bookings of a week or more. There are eight beds, with the possibility of an extra mattress if you are nine people on overnight visits. Additional mattresses can be provided upon request.
