Look no further, our small renovated 28 m² apartment offers you the calm, comfort and elegance for a stay in Saint-Tropez.  In the heart of the village, on a pedestrian street, just 50 meters from the port, you will be ideally located to fully enjoy the festivities and activities that make Saint-Tropez famous without worrying about your car... a real vacation!  You will have a mezzanine bedroom, and an open kitchen in the living room, all bathed in sunshine. The space This 28 m² air-conditioned apartment is ideally designed for a couple! It consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen including a fridge, microwave, hotplates, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a comfortable 160 x 200 bed, with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and sink. A separate toilet is also located on the mezzanine, separated by a curtain. The mezzanine has a low ceiling height and a sloping roof. Access to the room may not be suitable for tall or large people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and on the mezzanine and enjoys an environment bathed in light. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio located on the third floor of the building without elevator. The entrance to the building is via a badge, which will be available in a key box located on the gutter next to the door of the building. The apartment is fully private, but the building has common areas (entrance hall, stairs) shared with the other residents.
