Take a dip in the pool or splash in the ocean. Enjoy one of the nearby restaurants or stay in and cook in the full kitchen. The space Directly on the ocean with a great pool, beach access, and gorgeous views, this studio condo is the perfect getaway! The boardwalk and pier are within walking distance and can be seen from the private balcony. The outdoor pool (YES - IT'S OPEN!) is heated and has direct beach access located on the pool deck. A key, provided after check in, is needed to utilize the beach access. 4th Floor Unit. Elevators are available and is also directly across from the stairs. One free parking space, parking is on a FIRST COME basis. while a space cannot be guaranteed, issues are rare. There is a nearby paid lot. A comfortable space with so many extras to make your stay enjoyable. Please note: there is no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. no exceptions! Violations will incur fees. Any closing of shared spaces/amenities is beyond our control. We will communicate any amenities known to be down as soon as possible. Guest access Community Pool, game room, exercise room, lounge, charcoal grills on pool deck and paid laundry available. Other things to note Use the provided beach items (towels, chairs, etc) to eliminate the need to pack these extras or spend money purchasing while here. One free parking space using the provided parking pass, parking is on a first come basis. If needed, there is Paid parking nearby. Only guests staying in the condo may utilize the building amenities. Please be advised that the building amenities are maintained by the HOA. On occasion an amenity may not be available. We will communicate any known unavailability as soon as we are aware however do not have control over when/if these things happen.
