Nice single-story house with wooden frame, located in a small hamlet in the countryside. This place invites calm and relaxation, ideal for a couple's getaway. You will appreciate the warmth provided by wood and eco-friendly materials. The space The house has a large living room of 45m², including kitchen, living room and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find everything you need for your stay. Coffee, teas, and infusions will be available to you. Organic ground coffee for the filter coffee maker and 2 Dolce Gusto pods for the Krups coffee maker. You will also find salt, pepper, oil, some spices for your cooking. We have 1 dishwasher shelf to start your stay. The stay is very pleasant with a beautiful square table and suitable for 4 people in the accommodation. The living room is equipped with a beautiful sofa and 2 leather armchairs in a chalet atmosphere with a raw wood wall. The central wood stove will bring warmth and cozy atmosphere to your winter evenings. You will have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a 160*200 bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 90*200. It is possible on request to prepare the 2nd bedroom in twin beds for a couple. Good 30cm thick mattress with large duvet 240*260. In the bathroom you will find a large shower, vanity and toilet. Outside you can park your car under the carport, you will have a terrace with pergola (Charging electric vehicles is PROHIBITED) A Scandinavian bath area has been set up outside ACCESSIBLE TO ADULTS ONLY. The garden is completely enclosed and landscaped. For your rental, here is the expected linens: - Sheets (beds made according to the number of people provided in the reservation) - 2 towels per adult and 1 bathrobe per adult person. 1 towel per child. - 1 bathroom mat - 1 pair of disposable slippers per adult - 1 towel + 1 hand towel. The firewood for the Scandinavian bath and stove in the house is included in the rental. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garden shed which is private as well as a closet in the laundry room. Other things to note - We live close to the cottage, we will be available during your stay if needed. We do the welcome in person and an inventory before your departure. -Note that the space is equipped with a Scandinavian bath or Nordic bath. This isn't a hot tub. This type of bath is wood-fired. Hours: 10am - 10pm. ACCESS IS PROHIBITED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18. A landfill will be read and returned to us signed upon arrival. - The house is heated exclusively with a wood burning stove (wood available). -A deposit check of €500 will be required upon arrival. - We accept 1 pet per stay as long as it is used to traveling, quiet, clean indoors and non-destructive. Some rules will be respected in the house (no access to the bedrooms, no access to sofas and armchairs, do not leave it alone in the house). We'll ask you for the type of dog when you book (no category dogs or Xxl breed). - For your pet, we can offer you a large Vari Kennel on loan. On request.
