Charming + cozy tiny house, centrally located in the hills of middle Vermont. Rain or shine, enjoy the beautiful covered patio, relax in the cedar barrel sauna, roast marshmallows over a wood burning fire, explore all that Vermont has to offer or rest easy with our various spa amenities. The space The comfortable space offers a breakfast nook, butcher block kitchen with a microwave, toaster, mini fridge, hot plate & electric kettle. Ample utensils, pots-pans, olive oil, a variety of herbs, spices, teas & Vermont roasted coffee grounds & various creamers. Relax & unwind on the couch in front of the electric fireplace while enjoying your favorite beverage or book. Watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV or get unplugged with the board games & cards provided (Hues & Clues, Uno, Jenga, Cribbage, Pass the Pig, ect.) The private patio area is a wonderful spot to hangout, enjoy nature, BBQ on the gas grill, or better yet, refresh & rejuvenate in the Nordic cedar barrel sauna. End the day in Adirondack chairs, roasting marshmallows over a crackling fire, under the glorious nighttime Northern sky. Dry wood, kindling, newspaper, fire starters & lighter are provided, free of charge. Rest easy on the plush queen size Tempur-Pedic bed. Although on the shorter size, the fold down couch is perfectly suitable for smaller humans. As this is a tiny home, the hot water tank is tiny too. Five minute showers are ideal with about a 30 minute down time for the tank to refill. We designed this guest house to allow for maximum privacy, not just for our guests, but for ourselves as well. That being said, our house is also on the property and visible as you pull into the driveway. As good neighbors, if you find yourself in need of anything, please let us know! We have cups of sugar & more. Vermont is a wonderful destination for all ages; offering rolling mountains to hike, bike & explore. Fresh lakes, winding rivers & waterfalls. Historical towns. Renowned, colorful & crisp, fall foliage season. Great dining, nationally recognized craft beer, cheese & maple syrup. As we are centrally located, a lovely drive leads to all the attractions that our state has to offer: The tiny home is located 7.2 miles from Interstate 89, 2.1 of those miles are on well-maintained dirt roads, with scenic mountain views, forests & farmlands 🐮 Millstone Trail System (10min), Norwich University (17min), Barre (19min), Montpelier (25min), Waterbury (30min), Warren (36min), Stowe (41min), Burlington (50min), Woodstock (60min). If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay & an opportunity to connect with the wonders of nature, this is the place for you!
