The space The property is newly built in island style architecture. It breathes the Aegean athmosphere, with the spacy lay out, the tasteful decoration and the views over sea and castle. Simplicity is the keyword here. Guest access The entrance drive way (20m) from the road up to the house is rather steep. This should be taken in consideration for person with mobility problems. It is possible to drive up with car or a 125cc scooter, but for your safety at your descent (good brakes are required) we advise to leave the vehicles down, and to walk up. Other things to note No children under the age of 12. For several reasons we are hesitant to host children at the property. There are safety issues as there is no protection to a busy road and a very steep driveway, and we have absolutely no facilities or furniture for small children. Another concern is that the house is brandnew built and decorated with care, and we would hate to see it damaged, which cannot always be prevented with children. Therefor we keep an adult only policy. Greece has introduced a new tax for tourists this year. Called a “climate crisis resilience fee,” it replaces the previous hotel tax. The tax amount varies by hotel category and time of the year.
