Enjoy the outdoors with 6 ski hills within a 30 min drive, 100s of hiking/cross-country ski trails, ice-skating rinks, and sledding hills, or simply walk around the neighborhood taking in the scenic views or shop on Main St. Where you'll hang out: Spend time with each other in the open floor plan downstairs. Play games or eat a meal at the 6-person dining table, or watch a streaming movie or the big game on the large flatscreen TV (cable and Roku available). Cook breakfast or dinner in the gourmet kitchen. Feel free to wash your dirty clothes in the free laundry just off the kitchen. Where you'll sleep: Bedroom 1: King bed with lofted ceilings and sitting area, with Roku TV. Includes attached bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and separate room for toilet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and office area, with cable TV. Includes attached bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. Living room: optional inflatable full sized mattress with access to shared half bath (including shower) Where you'll work (if you must!): With high-speed internet and wi-fi, make a video call from the desk upstairs in the second bedroom or print out important docs. Where to keep your gear: Store our your skis/snowboard and gear in the mudroom, just off the front door. You'll find lots of hooks for jackets and bins for shoes, gloves, hats, etc. Note about the summer: the unit does NOT have A/C. It gets warm in the days, but is regularly cool in the night. Fans are provided, but if windows are left open in the daytime, the condo will get hot. You'll have the place to yourself with a private ground floor entrance. In the winter, guests are unable to access the patio area and grill due to risk of falling snow/ice. Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to use the garage at any time. This condo is located in a quiet and beautiful Frisco neighborhood with access to the recreation path and National Forest trails. A short 10 min walk to Frisco Main Street with shopping, coffee shops and dining. Frisco is very walkable; we recommend you walk or bike to visit the many shops, restaurants and bars in town. Take free public transit (closest stops 10 min away on Main St) or drive your own vehicle to explore other Summit County towns (Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone) or to get to the ski mountain. Most locations have both free and paid parking. Getting to Frisco: we recommend either driving or taking a shuttle (about 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport, depending on traffic) This property is best suited to adults and older children. Infants and young children are not allowed as the property is not child/baby-proofed.
