Maximum Occupancy: 4 Designed for intimate stays—not group gatherings. No Children To maintain a tranquil adults-only retreat, children are not permitted. No exceptions. No Pets To keep the environment allergen-free for all guests. No Smoking or Vaping—Anywhere on the Property This preserves the air quality and integrity of the home. No Events or Parties Chique Shack is curated for rest, not events. Hot Tub Guidelines Professional sanitation before each arrival. Please review safety recommendations provided at check-in. Security Cameras Exterior-only (driveway & front entrance) for guest safety and property security. Compliance Guests agree to abide by all Gilmer County and state guidelines. Liability Guests accept responsibility for personal safety and proper use of all amenities. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of a small owners closet. Other things to note -- POLICIES -- Minimum Guest Age: All guests must be a minimum of 30 years of age. No Children: No children are allowed on the property. No exceptions will be made. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the Chique Shack property. No Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed on the Chique Shack premises due to potential guest allergies. Guests arriving with pets will be asked to vacate immediately and will be refunded all but one night of their rental fee. No Events, Parties, or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted. Maximum Occupancy: The property must not be occupied by more than 4 people at any time. FIREPLACE: The use of the indoor fireplace is from NOVEMBER -APRIL Hot Tub: We have an outdoor hot tub available for your use. Please pay special attention to the safety rules. It is recommended that you wash off all oils, lotions, make up prior to entering hot tub Do not use hot tub during storms Pregnant woman should avoid using hot tub or consult your physician Individuals with open or healing wounds should avoid using hot tub Remove metallic jewelry before using hot tub as chemicals can ruin the metals Hot tub cover should be covering the hot tubs at all times unless it is being used. Consult a physician if you have questions or concerns before the use of a hot tub. DO NOT ADD ANY BATH BUBBLE, OILS OR ANYTHING TO THE HOT TUB, IT WILL DAMAGE THE MOTOR AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS Do not bring food into the hot tub DO NOT SIT, STAND ON OR MISTREAT the hot tub cover, it will not support any persons weight. A $450 charge will result in any damages done to hot tub covers. Remember there are certain health risks associated with the use of hot tubs, Jacuzzi's, saunas and/or swimming pools. Hot Tubs are cleaned and chemically sanitized prior to each guest arrival. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs- use with discretion and at your own responsibility. QtC Properties LLC assumes no responsibility for any occurrences associated with hot tub usage. Smart TV's - Use of the Smart Tv's is with guests own log ins and pin #. Owners do not guarantee which smart apps are on each TV. Security Cameras: For your safety and security, we have installed 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property: one at the driveway and one at the front entrance. These cameras monitor the surroundings and entry points, allowing us to maintain a safe environment for you during your stay. Please note that these cameras are focused solely on the outside areas of the property and are not installed in any private or personal spaces. If anyone other than the above signed parties join the booking, the parties will be asked to leave and will forfeit all claim to any refunds. Their payments will be retained as damages for committing fraud. Compliance with Local Laws: Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Gilmer County ordinances, state, and federal law. Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied. Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the property, including but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub, fire pit, etc., regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss License #001932
