You’ll love our terraces, the ocean breeze, the hammocks, kayaks and gorgeous sunsets. Punta Arenas is a quiet and safe beach. The neighborhood is well known for its great seafood restaurants. The space Sheltered by two old, large "Almendros" -almond trees- the house is shaded and protected from the sun's heat during the warmest months. The Ocean breeze is constant and pleasant. Our sandy garden has two coconut palm trees and a variety of tropical plants & flowers. Ocean conditions can vary with the seasons. While calm waters are the norm in the Summer months (April to September), High tides and rougher wave cycles can happen anytime In the winter months (October to March). Guest access Host will welcome guests at the property to provide the keys. Self check-in is also possible. Other things to note San Juan (SJU) airport is 2.5 hours away. Aguadilla airport is 50 minutes away.
