Welcome to your slice of paradise! This cozy (350 square feet) condominium has been fully renovated and upgraded. The only thing missing is you!. Situated on the side of a hill overlooking world famous Magens Bay, this studio unit has everything you will need for your stay. The condo is located on the property of Flamboyan on the Bay Resort & Villas. The resort grounds offer two fresh water swimming pools, two hot tubs, a casino, two lighted tennis courts, a spa, coin- operated laundry facilities and a gym. There is an on-site bar and restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. Also conveniently located on the property is an all-in-one coffee shop/deli/general store offering almost anything you might need for your vacation. Note that while this unit is located within a resort, daily maid service is not provided. The condo has a queen size bed with under bed storage, air conditioning and cable television. The condo's kitchenette is complete with a microwave, small refrigerator and two burner stove top. Cookware, cutlery, dishes, a coffee maker, a tea kettle and a blender are also at your disposal should you wish to cook. Guest are responsible for washing and putting away dishes etc. WIFI is available in the unit and is password protected. Refer to the white notebook in the unit for SSID and password. Beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and a beach umbrella are provided. Return all beach towels to the condo and not the Resort. Please don't use the bath towels for the beach. Smoking within the unit and on the balcony is absolutely prohibited as are open flames of any type (candles, incense etc.). There are designated smoking areas on the property. Pets are not allowed. Registered service animals for visually impaired travelers accepted with an additional cleaning fee. This condo is suitable for two people with room for a third person on a sofa (not a sleeper sofa). We look forward to having you at Magens Reach! Guests of Magens Reach have full use of the tennis courts, gym, swimming pools and hot tubs. Guests will be provided with an access code to enter into the door lock, DO NOT check in with the Resort front desk. Your hostess while on island is Ms. Carla Gifft. Her phone number is provided with your check-in information. When not managing Magens Reach, she is also employed by the resort at their front desk. She is available to answer all of your questions, and provide assistance as necessary. The condo is located within a lush tropical environment. You will see a variety of flora and fauna. The Geckos and lizards that are common help to control the mosquito population and are harmless. The resort is a cat sanctuary with many lounging around waiting for pets (or treats!). Brooks Bar, just up Magens Beach Road (less than 100 yds.) is an excellent family run place to sample local food (cash only). Magens Beach is just at the bottom of the hill from the condo. Guests should rent a car in order to fully experience the island. Taxi service is available from the airport to the condo, and from the condo to anywhere on the island. Driving on the left is not as difficult as most people imagine. Please note that the resort generates its own electricity and that the generator is taken off line on Tuesday and Friday at 2PM for approximately 1 hour for preventive maintenance.
