Cottage 20' from Waters Edge

Our happiest guests are spending time with family and friends on the water and around the fire pit in the summer. In the winter we are 5 minute from Mt Abram and 20 minutes to Sunday River and you can enjoy snowshoeing or cross country ski on the lake as well as reading by the woodstove. We are near the road so in the summer months you will have some road noise. IMPORTANT: We do not supply sheets and towels. Please bring your own. The space Downstairs is a livingroom, dining room, mudroom, kitchen and 1/2 bath. The stair to 2nd floor are open on one side (see pictures). Upstairs is one large bunkroom open to the stairs with 2 bunk beds and one queen bed. There is one private bedroom with a double bed and a full bath with a shower. Guest access You have access to the entire house except the hot tub. The hot tub is not available to tenants. Other things to note We supply, one paddle board, one kayak, one canoe and many life jackets you are using all at your own risk.
