Modern sea view flat on the West Coast

Welcome to stay in this new top modern flat built over a garage, with ocean view and beautiful surroundings. Nösund is a small beautiful village placed on one of the largest islands in Sweden. The apartment is light and open-planned, it has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living room including kitchen table and a lounge area. Except for the closeness to the ocean there are several picturesque villages nearby to explore, as well as numerous hiking trails and mountain top views to experience. The space The flat is open planned which gives a light and spacious atmosphere. The sleeping area consists of two 140 cm bed alcoves which gives space for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a connecting dining area as well as a lounge area with a sofa. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower. Throughout the apartment there are several places for storage such as wardrobes, cabinets and open built-in shelves to use. The apartment is newly built (2022-2023) so everything is very fresh, clean and rather unused. Guest access You will have your own apartment with private entrance and a terrace with dining table. Inside, there’s a kitchen, a combined dining/living room, bathroom and a separate bed room. You will have access to a laundry room downstairs upon request. There is also a parking in front of the building at your disposal. Sheets and towels are all included, but please bring an extra towel if you need one for the beach/swimming in the ocean. Other things to note A small convenience store ”24SJU” just opened in Nösund (July 2026) were you can get fast food and basic grocery. You can use the Swedish id-app ”bank-id” to access the store but also foreigners have a way to enter the store. However, we recommend you to do larger grocery shopping before arrival, as the product range is rather limited and quite pricy. Supermarkets nearby, and distance by car: Hemköp in Ellös (13 min) ICA in Varekil (17 min) ICA or Willys in Henån (22 min) There are also busses that easily takes you to nearby villages and supermarkets. There’s a barbecue/grill that can be placed on the terrace upon request.
