Other things to note Our cat Bliksem During your stay, our sweet kitten Bliksem (around 6 months old) will also be in the house. He is friendly, curious, and used to being around people and children — he’s the beloved pet of our 8-year-old daughter. Bliksem enjoys coming to you for a cuddle when he’s around, but he also sleeps a lot and often explores the inner courtyard. Thanks to the cat flap, he can go outside and come back in whenever he likes. We kindly ask you to give him some dry food and fresh water each day (usually in the morning and evening, but one slightly larger portion once a day is also perfectly fine). He can easily be on his own for a day, as we are typically out during the daytime as well. He loves attention but prefers to come to you on his own terms. You’re welcome to pick him up, though he especially enjoys being gently petted. For cat lovers, Bliksem adds an extra touch of warmth and coziness to your stay.
