Colonia Versalles is the perfect place. It is in a residential area and it is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Only a 12 minutes drive from downtown. Only 12 minutes away by car from downtown It is located almost halfway between the airport and downtown. The space The studio has high ceilings making the space feel bigger. It is equipped with hot water, a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and the basics needed to cook. You can enjoy your coffee or tea outside on the terrace or read your favorite book on the couch inside. Guest access The guests will have street access to a common area, where you will find a utility sink and mop, bucket and broom for your use. Up the stairs you will have private access to the studio. Other things to note The studio is in a residential area. However, it is on the street and there are cars and trucks that pass through the day. *There is construction noise during the day on the road and 2 buildings. They do not work at night or Sundays. There is currently noise during the day because they are repairing the street there are buildings nearby.
