Walk to town - charming casita

Recently remodeled Casita is a 2 room studio with private entrance. Bedroom (next to bathroom) with queen bed. In the 2nd room sofa converts into a double bed plus a small table/desk. “Pocket kitchenette” has a small sink, mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, electric kettle and coffee maker. Lovely outdoor sitting areas including bistro table for two people behind Casita and shared yard. Min. stay 31 days due to City of Napa regulations. Updated WiFi extender. Walk to downtown Napa! The space The Casita is a detached studio on the property with my house and shares the backyard and swimming pool. It is a one bedroom, one bath with "sitting room" and private The sitting room has a sofa that converts to a double bed. Please see "other things to note" below if you wish to use the swimming pool or spa (the pool is not heated). Easy street parking. Walk to downtown Napa. Downtown Napa hosts many wine tasting rooms, bars and world class restaurants all a short walk or drive from this quiet cottage in old town Napa. The location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the downtown area of Napa. The following is within walking distance: -World class restaurants are less than a mile away including: Morimoto , Angele, Cole's Chop House and the Oxbow market -Wine bars are also less than a mile away including JaM Cellars, Azur and Outer Space wines. Happy to help with suggestions! Backyard shared with main house. Access is through a locked gate on the side of the house. The cottage will now only be rented for a 31 day + period. Guest access Access is through a locked gate on the side of the house. Other things to note The pool is in my backyard and shared with main house. If you wish to use the pool/spa I will ask you to sign a liability waiver. The pool and spa are not heated. There is an additional fee for heating the spa and / or pool (they can be heated separately). There is not air conditioning in the cottage however it cools down most nights in Napa. There is a ceiling fan and a table fan. The appliances that are in the Casita are the only ones allowed. The tenant is responsible for any damage to the Casita and the electrical systems in the Casita. Absolutely no flushing of feminine products or other items that are not biodegradable in the toilet. If it is found that you have flushed something inappropriate and it causes a back-up requiring a plumber you will be charged for the cost of the repair.
