This beautiful country house is located in the exceptional Sumpango forest. 10 minutes from the kite field. Over 1,000 Mt² of private area, more than 50 varieties of flowers. Centuries-old pine and cypress trees are the property's greatest treasure. With access to the forest with a 4 km route. Right in front of the entrance to the Hacienda, on the Inter-American Highway, is the famous Sumpango kite field. Inside the hacienda, it is common to see squirrels, hares, and even foxes in their natural habitat. During the day, guests can enjoy safe walks on trails within the perimeter of the Hacienda, covering more than 4 km between forest and fresh air. The house offers different spaces to contemplate the surroundings and let yourself be enveloped by the birdsong. Rayito de Luna has some food products at an additional cost, such as Salvadoran pupusas and assorted drinks (subject to availability; it is recommended to check in advance). ATV and bicycle rental services are available through the Hacienda management and are not included in the Airbnb rate. Rayito de Luna is not responsible for such services. Guest access The house has internet access, TV with Netflix, Disney, MAX, Amazon Prime, Paramont, and Star+ platforms. On the first level, the house has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a glass-enclosed corridor with a living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen that connects to a rustic outdoor bar and leads to the barbecue area equipped with wood-burning cooking utensils. Food preparation services can be provided at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking. - Rayito de Luna has firewood and charcoal at an additional cost. On the second level, there is a room with 2 single beds, a heater, and cable TV. A small study equipped with a monitor and internet access, a sofa bed and a large balcony overlooking the garden and the mountains. The entire property is fenced with a wooden fence one meter high. In the gardens, there is a bonfire area with a capacity for 10 people. Under the trees you will find different places with benches, logs and a hammock area to share as a family. If camping is your thing, you can experience it within the property in a safe environment. Other things to note 50% of the house is surrounded by glass windows that allow a view of the forest, so strict care must be taken that children do not hit the glass with metal objects, wood or rocks as this will cause a fracture of the glass and repair costs will be borne by the guest. The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited within the property and anywhere on the hacienda. Pets can be safe inside the property as the entire area is fenced.
