Located just minutes from restaurants, hiking, and festival grounds, this home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it’s ideal for vacationers, festival-goers, families, or remote work. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a peaceful retreat with a spacious backyard! Fully stocked kitchen with all you’ll need to cook or entertain. Enjoy the backyard with a private pool with tanning shelves, a spillover spa, fire pit, and an outdoor grill. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bath 1 King bed 2 Queen beds 3 TV's total. There is a Tv in 2 of the rooms with Roku enabled, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming channels. Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire home, back yard, pool, games, and all amenities. For pool $200/day (must be heated for a minimum of 2 days). We must receive payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes 10-12 hours for the pool to reach the ideal temperature. The pool gets heated up to 84 degrees. Spa only is $75/day (4 hours maximum). Please let us know 30 min. Before you would like to use, so we can send over fee request and turn heater on. You must register all guests staying in the home during your stay. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house. Outside use ashtrays. NOT Following House Rules: FEE $500+ RULES OF CHECK-OUT: Check-In Time: 4 PM or later via Keyless Entry Check Out Time: 11 AM Please reach out in advance regarding options for a later checkout time. The guest(s) will incur a $150 fee for unauthorized late checkout. Please kindly follow the provided checkout instructions regarding clean-up. Guests will be responsible for any expenses incurred for excessive cleaning. All lights and appliances must be turned off. All trash from the house must be taken out to the outdoor garbage cans. Load all used dishes to dishwasher. Close and Lock all windows and doors. NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE ORDINANCE: Please keep a respectable level of noise while staying in our home. Residential exterior noise standards in INDIO require loudspeakers, music, shouting, pets, and vehicles to cease excessive decibels by the 9 PM curfew through 8 AM Sunday-Thursday and 10 PM curfew through 8 AM Friday-Saturday. Residents will not tolerate noise in this neighborhood; please conclude all noise by 9 PM to avoid any conflict. Any guest violating the city's noise ordinance will be subject to a fine (up to $1000) and any additional city-imposed fees due to the complaint (up to $10,000). Registration Details 050608
