Open the original front double cedar doors to find a cozy, safe and well appointed base for your travels. The walls are covered with art from local artists and the furniture is all custom made by local crafts folk. Conversely, by opening either one or both of the double front doors, you can open yourself up to the town's hustle and bustle a little, or a lot! You're welcome to even grab a chair and sit out front and become part of the scene just like the Mexican grandma's up and down the street! A+ people watching! PLEASE NOTE: This unit has no AC and the only fresh air is provided through the double front door. The shower is cold and the fans are powerful for those that visit May through October. Guest access Studio Mexico has its own private entrance. The rear door to the storage area is locked off during your visit. An extra key is provided to the garage area around the back of the block (look for the Parrot!) with beach blankets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. Please return them how you found them for the next guest's benefit. Other things to note Ian the host is readily available and has nearly 20 years hospitality experience in Puerto Vallarta. Do not hesitate to reach out for assistance or recommendations. We want everyone to have a great time however please respect Studio Mexico's policy of no parties and smoking/vaping of any kind. We ask that you clean up after yourself. We don't expect the unit to be anywhere near spotless when you leave, but take out the trash and wash the dishes. It's VERY RARE but we may request an extra fee(s) if you've been excessively hard on the unit and/or the linens. Did something break? Does something need to be replaced or serviced? Drain is clogged? Wifi is down? Please let us know immediately so that we can assure yourself and our future guests a great stay.
