Light-filled and comfortably appointed, Apartment Llanes Paraiso 206 is a smart base for up to four guests in Posada de Llanes. With a balcony, terrace and mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen and a communal pool open in summer, this apartment combines relaxed indoor comfort with easy access to beaches, caves and scenic drives — ideal for couples, small families or friends exploring the eastern Asturian coast. WE DON'T HAVE A COT OR HIGH CHAIR. The space This two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 guests (1 double bed in bedroom 1; 2 single beds in bedroom 2) across three beds and includes one full bathroom. You’ll find bed linen, towels, TV and reliable Wi-Fi (network details are on the rear of the router). The open dining and living area opens to a terrace with mountain views and leads onto a small patio/garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, essential cookware, and basic condiments. Practical touches include heating, a boiler (termo) for hot water, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers and cleaning products. Safety features: fire extinguisher. The electrical fuse box is located to the right of the entrance. Lift access to the block makes arrival with luggage easier. Guest access Guests have access to the communal swimming pool (seasonal — summer). The building offers a shared terrace, garden and an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach. There is no private parking at the apartment; on-street parking is available nearby and a municipal car park in the centre of Posada is within walking distance. Key nearby attractions: Playa de San Antolín (3 km), Bufones de Pría (16 km), Cueva del Tito Bustillo (23 km), La Rasa de Berbes golf course (31 km) and the Lakes of Covadonga (48 km). Santander Airport is approximately 97 km by road. The apartment’s position in Posada makes it a convenient starting point for coastal drives, beach days and hikes into the Picos and nearby natural attractions. Other things to note Legal registration of travellers in accordance with Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. All guests will be required to provide their National Identity Document (Documento Nacional de Identidad, DNI) or passport for registration with the Spanish National Police. This will be requested only for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via a link. Waste must be deposited in the green bins placed in the streets between 20:00 and 23:00 from Monday to Saturday.
