The space The Studio concept unites in a single extremely cozy environment bedroom/living room/kitchen/office. Much more comfort than a hotel room, as it has a full kitchen, balcony and complete leisure area on the terrace, all in the heart of the city! It has air-conditioning. * The apartment does not have a garage, however the building has a rotating parking lot. If you are by car and want to use the parking lot, when you arrive by car just enter the parking lot, take the ticket at the gate and then buy the daily parking for 40 reais (24hrs) at the payment totem on the ground floor of the parking lot next to the elevator or use it on a rotating basis paying for the parking hour. * The apartment can only accommodate up to 4 people within the reservation, visitors are prohibited Guest access Guests have access to the leisure area, but visitors do not. On the Terrace (leisure area) there is a paid OMO laundry, in case you need to wash and dry clothes. Note: Usually, on Mondays, the pool will not be open, as it is closed for maintenance. This can occur on any day for any maintenance, as well as any other leisure area or common area of the condominium. Other things to note The building has a remote entrance. On the eve of check-in, you will receive an email with a QR code and instructions to download the condominium app. The apartment has an electronic lock for which I will send the password before check-in. Guests can arrive anytime after check-in time, as the concierge is 24 hours and the apartment has an electronic lock. (self check-in system) -I provide one bath towel per guest.
