We can't wait to host you! *NOTE: The cabin’s location may not be accurate and hard to find when you plug the address into the GPS. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be provided detailed guidance on how to locate. The cabin boasts tongue and groove everywhere as well as high quality LVP flooring, custom kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, custom tile showers, and so much more! DECK o 4-6 person hot tub o BBQ propane gas grill KITCHEN o New appliances – oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster o Granite countertops o Fully equipped – silverware, cups, knives, plates, cooking ware, etc. o Coffee pot o Kitchen table NOTE: The refrigerator water and ice lines/machines are not connected. LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM o 65-inch Smart TV - bring your own passwords to access your favorite streaming channels o There is a wood burning fireplace, however, it is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE SIDE ROOM o Queen sleeper sofa o Air hockey table o Washer / Dryer BEDROOM 1 & 2 o King beds w/ dressers o 43-inch Smart TVs RULES/RESTRICTIONS o No parties/events o No use of wood burning fireplace o No smoking o No pets o Must be 18 or older to book- person booking must be present during stay CONVENIENCES o A starter kit of toiletries is provided. This is a first couple days supply including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. Guest access Entire cabin is available for use. o Check-in 4:00PM EST o Check-out 10:00AM EST o Check-in email will be sent out 48 hours prior to arrival at cabin with check-in details and personal guest key code for smartlock. Please note that the main entrance/ front door knob should always remain UNLOCKED and only the smart lock deadbolt should be used to lock when locking / leaving the property. Other things to note o Cell phone reception may be spotty inside and around the cabin o The road leading up to the cabin driveway is narrow and steep. It is paved and in normal conditions, any type of vehicle can reach the cabin. However, a four-wheel-drive is recommended if inclement weather is forecasted. Please note, the driveway is cracked and there is a pretty big pothole at the bottom and top of the driveway- this is currently scheduled to be addressed o The cabin is on WELL WATER. As a result, the water may present an odor (sulfur smell) - this is common. The cabin has a filtration system and water softener in place to help mitigate this however, the sulfur smell may still occur. o We use a Ring floodlight camera and doorbell camera to patrol the driveway area and deck area of our cabin. Please note the doorbell camera has been repositioned from where the photos in this listing show to respect our guests’ privacy when using the hot tub (the doorbell was installed before the hot tub was added and the photos were taken before the doorbell was repositioned). The camera is there to ensure the safety of the property and our guests. Ring cameras are activated by motion and record anyone who walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed by the booking platform. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time. As a reminder, you are visiting the Smokey Mountains. Therefore, it is not uncommon for wild animals (e.g. bears, etc.) to roam about. That said, I have not seen any on my property during the 1+ years of ownership, but please use caution and judgement at your discretion.
