This beautifully villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and is a 5 minute walk to the Half Moon Resort. Savor delicious meals prepared by our cook- breakfast is served in the shaded outdoor breakfast nook and dinner is indoors by candlelight. Relax and sip cocktails by the private pool or at the bar in the lanai. Our staff cleans your room each morning and provides evening turn down service. The space This amazing private home, known as the 'Goodman Villa,' has been in our family for more than 30 years. It is uniquely designed with vaulted ceilings, as well as furnishings and artwork selected by an antique collector. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, and the third has 3 twins. Maximum number of guests is 7. Other things to note Rental rates in Jamaica are based on the number of bedrooms used (FYI, you are NOT sharing the villa with other guests. The villa is entirely yours no matter the number of bedrooms used). The rental rate listed is based on using 2 bedrooms in low season. Other Rates are as follows: DEC 15-APR 14 weekly: $4000/3Bedrooms; $3500/2BR; $3200/1BR APR 15-DEC 14 weekly: $2800/3Bedrooms; $2300/2BR; $2000/1BR It is also customary for guests to tip our staff-20% during low season; 15% during high season. We have a staff of 3 and the tip is split among them. Our cook will prepare wonderful meals. If you wish, we can arrange to have the house stocked with food upon your arrival (you reimburse the cook for the cost), the staff prepares, serves and does dishes. The staff will clean your room each morning and provide evening turn down service. Laundry service is included. We require a fully refundable reservation /damage deposit of $250, which is due within 7 days of your reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This is refunded within ten days after departure if no issues. One-half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival date, and the remaining one-half is due 10 days prior to arrival. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
