Situated on two country acres, with a private deck, this cozy space promises to provide a peaceful area to retreat. Our house is perfect for couples looking to get away, or a small group of friends/family. Guests will enjoy free WiFi, and a smart TV with ROKU. You can also expect to have a fully equipped private kitchen with everything that you need to cook a meal for your party, including full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. This chalet is one of four, situated on the two acres. Guest access Guests will let themselves into their chalet upon arrival with a personal code. The code will be assigned via text, 24 hours prior to check-in. Property manager is available through text/phone call if and when needed. Other things to note MARIJUANA-FREE PROPERTY: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Smoking and vaping of tobacco products are permitted on your private patio. This is a marijuana-free property. The use, smoking, vaping, or consumption of marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the house, on decks, at fire pits, and throughout the property. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. OTHER: The chalet driveway is inclined and leads to a leveled out parking lot. In the winter months, both the driveway and parking lot are professionally plowed and salted on a regular basis.
