YouTube TV with 80 channels including HBO included at no charge, plus smart TV with built in Netflix and Amazon Prime for use with your accounts. Great wifi. Apartment has electronic locks so late check in is no problem. This building is on the third floor (two floors up from lobby level). There is an elevator. Like may historic buildings in DC this property comes with central heat and air but it does one or the other, not both at the same time. It heats in winter and cools in summer and is swapped over from one system to the other in spring and fall. If the system is off between turnover dates and as otherwise needed we may provide additional heat or cool sources if necessary and/or requested. Please inquire if you have questions.
