We were an ABB SuperHost before the updates and now there is an additional deck and outdoor space to enjoy! There is an additional Full/Double air mattress if needed for additional guests upon request. The space My home is perfect for those who travel to town for weekly work and need a place to "home base" from while in town. I am actively on property, but maintain a separate entrance from the main area of the home. You may see/hear me in the garage or back area. There are three bedrooms for your use in this AirBnB. Two are upstairs, and one is downstairs. The upstairs main bedroom suite has a Queen bed and attached private bath with lake view. The second upstairs room has a double bed. This bedroom has a private bath at the top of the stairs (just outside the door of the bedroom). This upstairs area is semi-private from the rest of the house. The third bedroom downstairs has a twin bed, large closet, and shared the on hall bath with the downstairs. There is a private, covered porch upstairs off the main guest room. This is a great place to sit at night, read a book, listen to the lake and area, and relax. If you need to use the kitchen, that is fine. All I ask is not to leave a mess or burn the place down. I am actively on property, but maintain a separate entrance from the main area of the home. You may see/hear me in the garage or back office. I am available if you need me, otherwise I'm pretty out of sight, out of mind. Laundry is available for guests staying 5 or more days. The laundry area is a shared area, but is otherwise closed off and separated from the home. Other things to note Prior to arriving, you can give me a 4 digit code you would like for the front door lock. No keys needed! Excessive trash, cleaning, recovery may result in additional fees upon departure.
