The space This is a fully equipped house with the main living area upstairs which has 3 average size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 1 full size bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. For your comfort we have AC units in all the bedrooms upstairs and the living room. The downstairs area is an entertainment area with an additional full size bathroom with a shower There is also a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven with stove-top, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. There is ample room to gather and entertain with a seating area and a dining table and some board games. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house excluding supply closet. Other things to note You will experience sounds of nature: roosters, cats, frogs, insects and mosquitos. We routinely fumigate and clean everything to minimize the possibilities of this happening, but because we are surrounded by nature, sometimes these encounters can't be avoided. Although Puerto Rico is a beautiful exotic island please be aware and understand that it has it fare share of issues such as electrical grid and water outages. Those are things that are out of our control and by booking you understand that this may occur. We do have a limited back up water system as well as a back up generator. Please note- hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.
