THE SPACE The open living area flows from a fully stocked kitchen into a warm sitting room with a gas fireplace and smart TV. When you're ready for something different, the game corner has a pool table, a multicade arcade machine, and couples board games for a rainy afternoon. The private theater seats two in a leather reclining loveseat facing a 72" HD projector screen with surround sound. Your own cinema — zero lines, and you control the remote. Step outside to the wraparound deck with rocking chairs and a porch swing overlooking the trees. The screened-in deck is home to your 2-person hot tub and outdoor grill — soak under the Smoky Mountain stars in any season. SLEEPING King bedroom with smart TV and en-suite bathroom featuring a 2-person jacuzzi soaking tub and walk-in shower. Washer/dryer in unit for longer stays. Other things to note HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO • Wildlife in the Smokies: You’re in bear country! Do not leave food, trash, or scented items in your car. Use bearproof containers and keep doors/windows closed when not in use. • Shower Amenities: Dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bring your own if you have preferences. • Starter Supplies Provided: Includes TP, paper towels, dish/laundry pods, soap + sponge. For longer stays, you may need extras (stores nearby). • This is a Home, Not a Hotel: We do our best to respond quickly, but there’s no on-site staff. • Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and the protection of our property, there is one active security camera located on the exterior front patio/driveway area. It records video and audio. Tampering with or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your stay without a refund.
