The accommodation is surrounded by meadows. There is a view of the greenery and the mountains. There are two handicapped accessible units on the ground floor. In summer there are calves on the adjacent meadow. The accommodation is located on the far southern edge of the former village of Pang (now incorporated by Rosenheim). This is a very quiet, sunny and bright location.
