Welcome to La Biche: a historic house completely restored in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exteriors: south side, small enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and north side, a courtyard with a table for meals and a garden to enjoy the warm days of summer. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim. The space On the ground floor: a beautiful living room (south-facing) with a lounge (fireplace, TV) and an open kitchen (with a large kitchen piano). One bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), one shower room and one PRM toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 or two beds 80 x 200), a bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200 or 2 beds 90 x 200), a bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine with an office and TV area. Sheets, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Sale of local products a few km away and convenience store (+ bakery and pharmacy) located in Bonnes (5 minutes from the house). The Futuroscope is 25 minutes away. Fishing and swimming (unsupervised) possible in the Vienne 50 m away. Parking on the property. The medieval city of Chauvigny is 7.5 km away. Guest access The entire house and exteriors are available for residents. Other things to note High-speed internet with fiber (included in the rental price). The Scandibérique (largest cycling route in France that connects Trondheim in Norway to Santiago de Compostela in Spain) is 3.5 km from the house. In winter/autumn, the cost of heating will be borne by the tenants. Check-in is after 6:00 p.m. and checkout is before 10:00 a.m.
